Requirement profile:

• You have a commercial or comparable education and bring a good technical understanding as well as enjoyment of technically demanding products
• You have experience in an industrial environment
• You bring experience in international trade, especially in dealing with Incoterms, as well as knowledge in export and customs clearance
• At the same time, you know the requirements of international customer markets and move confidently in an intercultural business environment
• You communicate with style in German and English, both written and oral
• Further foreign language skills, especially French or Italian, are a plus
• You have very good MS Office and ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
• You are characterized by an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a strong customer and service orientation and maintain an overview even with several parallel orders and projects

Tasks:

• You support international customers and sales partners competently and in a service-oriented manner and are a central contact person for commercial and order-related concerns
• You independently create offers, process customer inquiries and support our Area Sales Managers in inquiry, offer and project processing
• You are responsible for time- and cost-optimized order processing from order entry through schedule monitoring to invoicing
• You take on an important hub function and coordinate the cooperation between sales, production control, logistics, purchasing and other internal as well as external departments
• You accompany customer projects, carry out calculations and price formation, especially for special products, and ensure qualitatively flawless documentation and processing
• You actively participate in the optimization and further development of our operative sales and export processes
