The Senior SAP Financial Stream Lead is responsible for the planning, implementation, testing & support of activities associated with the Salt SAP Financial Ecosystem. Main SAP areas of focus are General Ledger, Account Payable & Receivable, fixed assets, Flexible Real Estate, Cost & Profit centres and Query Designer (reporting tool).

He identifies and promotes continuous improvement opportunities to enable SAP functionalities/capabilities that will improve and/or optimize business processes. He is also responsible for ensuring the integration & consistency between SAP Financial landscape & the Sales & logistic applications in conjunction with the Logistic & Retail Development department & IT Teams.

In the mid-term, the senior SAP financial stream lead will play a crucial role in the ERP transformation project (identification of ERPs, roadmap, project management, SPOC with external integrators, …).

The SAP financial stream lead will also be responsible for managing, maintaining, updating all financial tools. He/she is expected to be proactive in proposing and implementing new digitalization/AI processes and software to support the Finance Department.

He ensures compliancy with security, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The position reports directly to the Manager Accounting & Tax, and regularly interacts with the Deputy CFO and CFO.

Senior SAP Financial Stream Lead (100%)

Your responsabilities

• Propose, implement & successfully rollout initiatives and upgrades. Identify, communicate, manage and escalate risks appropriately and on a timely basis.
• Ensure the financial integrity of Company’s ERP (or any future ERP) requiring an advanced knowledge of Salt business processes (finance, Controlling, logistic, sales, etc.).
• Perform a full range of advanced financial duties requiring appropriate knowledge and practices in accordance with group policies, good system practices, and any controls/audit requirements.
• Perform month-end financial duties, especially posting month-end entries and performing reconciliations between CRMs and SAP.
• Manage Financial referential as well as SAP related master data requiring an advanced knowledge of SAP ERP customizing.
• Manage the design & implementation of SAP changes linked to the different projects, initiatives, change in accounting policies & ensure the proper training and handover to operational users.
• Manage SAP migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Give an advanced operational support to Company’s usiness users in the whole financial area (Accounting, Controlling, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) in their day-to-day activities to solve complex financials and/or system issues regarding SAP and other IT tools used by the Finance Department.
• Management of the internal control activities concerning SAP and act as the SAP SPOC with the external IT auditors.
• Keep up-to-date on relevant technologies trends relevant for the financial landscape.

What you bring

• 5-10 years’ experience on SAP projects in mass market domain.
• Expert in SAP environment and Financial Systems.
• Strong understanding of the business processes in the area of Finance & Administration.
• General knowledge of other ERP landscape.
• Previous experience in leading/taking part of an ERP transformation.
• Strong knowledge in Project Management.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Result orientation-excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and collaborative team player and project management skills, with ability to bring projects to timely completion. Experience in building teams and working in a constant growth and dynamic environment.
