Translate business needs into requirements for processes, data models, and digital solutions in collaboration with the departments and our IT (Requirements Engineering). Drive change initiatives in terms of expertise and culture, as well as further develop processes and promote cooperation between departments, IT, and external partners. Actively drive and advance digitalization projects from conception to implementation. Further develop the controlling-relevant reporting and KPI landscape (data models, dashboards, etc.) as a basis for decision-making for management in collaboration with the Finance department, among others. Ensure data quality and transparency in real estate, portfolio, and ERP systems in collaboration with IT, Finance, and application managers. Moderate and design end-to-end processes, including the definition of standards, guidelines, and training for the real estate sector. Actively monitor market, competition, and technology developments and assess relevant PropTech trends, as well as derive concrete business benefits. Advise and empower our users in the use of MS Dynamics 365, Garaio REM, Immopac, and our reporting systems. Your profile University degree (FH/University) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent education. At least five years of relevant professional experience with corresponding successes in a comparable position in a transformative environment, ideally in the real estate industry. In-depth knowledge of business analysis, requirements engineering, and process management, as well as transformation, digitalization, data management, and reporting (e.g., MS Power BI). Experience in project management and the application of agile project methods (e.g., Scrum). Routine handling of Microsoft tools and experience with real estate and CRM systems such as Garaio REM, Immopac, Dynamics 365, CAFM, etc. Stylistically secure German (C2), Swiss German (C1), English skills advantageous.
