Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Experience in the long-term residential sector is an advantage
• Proficient use of electronic nursing documentation
• Responsible, independent and reliable way of working
• Resilient, empathetic and team-oriented personality

Tasks ##

• You take over the individual and needs-oriented nursing and care of the residents
• You actively support primary nursing and promote independence as well as existing resources in everyday life
• You document nursing services carefully and ensure complete electronic service recording
• You take over medication management and carry out medical-technical procedures professionally within your competencies
• You work closely with doctors, therapeutic professionals and relatives
• You actively help shape the everyday life of the residents and contribute to a high quality of life and individual daily structure
