As part of succession planning, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, communicative, and upright personality as CEO of Identitas SA for June 2027 or by agreement. Within the framework of this demanding function, you assume overall operational responsibility and, in your driving and visionary role, preside over the strategic development of the company alongside the Board of Directors and the management. You lead the business based on corporate management principles, reconciling the specific requirements of public and private market environments. In doing so, you consider the specific framework conditions of a company close to the Confederation, as well as political, societal, and economic developments. You develop business models, stimulate innovation and digitalization, and optimize company processes. In parallel, you promote an inspiring and rewarding entrepreneurial culture. The management of various stakeholders constitutes a major priority for you: acting both as a mediator and a conductor, you maintain the professional network, unite varied interests, and create sustainable solutions. Your profile: * university degree in agronomical, environmental or food sciences, in veterinary medicine or in business administration; * several years of experience in direction and management, ideally with overall responsibility in an SME; * knowledge of the issues in the Swiss agri-food sector and understanding of its value chains; * experience in digitalization and the ability to transform technological developments into entrepreneurial opportunities. A convincing leadership personality, grounded in reality and demonstrating confidence, you combine entrepreneurial spirit, decision-making skills, and strong social skills. You adapt your communication to your interlocutors, possess excellent command of a national language, and know how to express yourself with ease in a second national language.
