Tasks: Preparation of ingredients, filling, shaping and making traditional Tibetan momos, compliance with hygiene and quality standards, cleaning of the workplace and the working equipment Profile: Experience in the production of traditional Tibetan momos, Very good knowledge of Tibetan cuisine and its traditional preparation methods, good Tibetan language skills for communication within the production team, careful, structured and reliable way of working, high awareness of hygiene as well as teamwork and resilience.
