Gardener - Foreman with leadership experience

Activities + Comprehensively maintain and care for garden facilities and private green spaces + Efficient coordination and organization of work processes in the customer's garden + Independent management and supervision of a team of 2 to 3 employees + Direct customer contact with consultation and recommendation of additional services + Material procurement and digital recording of work assignments + Accompanying and supporting apprentices during their training ; Requirements + Completed vocational training as a Gardener in Horticulture and Landscaping EFZ + Sound experience in garden maintenance with extensive plant knowledge + Careful and precise way of working in the execution of all activities + Strong teamwork skills, reliability and ideally initial leadership experience + Possession of driving license category B, trailer experience an advantage + Good German skills in speaking and writing ; Offer + Diverse activities with great scope for design and personal responsibility + Open corporate culture with a supportive and collegial team + Modern infrastructure at the new depot including own vehicle and professional tools
