We are looking for the following candidate for one of our clients based in Neuchâtel: Junior Site Manager EG Various construction sites between 2 and 15 million CHF, mixed projects. Job Description Complete management of construction sites (organization, coordination, technical & financial monitoring). Management of schedules, costs, and quality. Analysis and comparison of offers. Monitoring of companies, site meetings, management of unforeseen events. Management of new construction and renovation projects. Profile sought A few years of proven experience in General Contracting or Site Management in Switzerland (imperative). Full mastery of the construction cycle on medium-scale projects. Comfortable with pricing, technical aspects, standards, and financial management. Autonomous, proactive person who is comfortable in a human-sized structure (30 pers).
