Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicatessen are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Do you want to become part of our team? Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire operational maintenance within the manufaktur
• Planning, organization, and implementation of preventive maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring rapid troubleshooting and repair of production machines and infrastructure
• Ongoing optimization of systems, infrastructures, and processes
• Collaboration on infrastructure projects and evaluation of new systems
• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the four-person team
• Coordination of external service providers, management of spare parts, and ensuring complete technical documentation

Requirements

• Completed basic training in the technical and/or electronic field with corresponding further training
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of mechanics and/or electrical engineering
• Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, solid English skills
• Strong personality with high social, leadership, and team competence
• Distinct quality awareness, organizational skills, and resilience
• Experience in food production as well as knowledge in the area of hygiene regulations is advantageous
• Willingness for occasional weekend shifts (are planned)
