Pflegefachperson HF as Group Leader 80% - 100% YOUR TASKS • Joint responsibility for the personnel and technical management of around 25 employees in cooperation with the Nursing and Care Management. • Ensuring individual, resource-oriented and holistic care and support that is oriented towards the needs of the residents. • You support the team and work actively in nursing. • Joint responsibility for ensuring and continuously developing the quality of care as well as active participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. • You are skilled in handling electronic aids (Office, RAI, Easy Dok, PEP, Smart Liberty, etc.). • For the exercise of your office, you have office and administration days at your disposal. YOUR PROFILE • Completed and recognized in Switzerland diploma training in nursing at the tertiary level. • Professional and leadership experience in the field of long-term care. • You have experience in leadership and ideally a leadership training • Stylish German in word and writing. • High quality and sense of responsibility. • Interest in innovative and forward-looking topics. • You work independently and take on responsibility with pleasure. • Your profile is rounded off by flexibility, cordiality, humor and team ability. • You are open to new things, think outside the box and bring the motivation to actively shape developments and take new paths.
