How you make a difference with us In this role, you take on a central function in planning and work closely with the Head of Planning, the Department Management, and the Executive Management. You support the achievement of project and company goals and ensure that projects progress professionally, organizationally, and qualitatively. You lead demanding planning tasks with a focus on execution and detailed planning and define the project goals together with the responsible management. You coordinate internal planning processes, lead project teams professionally and organizationally, and ensure that information, pending items, and decisions flow transparently. You support resource planning in the planning team, keep an eye on priorities, deadlines, and dependencies, and recognize bottlenecks at an early stage. You ensure the quality of the planning documents and recognize early on when information is missing, details do not work, or decisions are necessary. You actively drive projects forward, create commitment, and request clear feedback, fundamentals, and decisions when necessary. You assess project, quality, and cost risks, communicate deviations early, and develop economically viable solutions together with the responsible management. If required, you create PQM organizations and work plans, help develop clear processes in the planning team, and support the responsible management with project-related fundamentals for offers and acquisitions. You contribute to a corporate culture in which responsibility, respect, and high planning quality are visibly lived. What you bring with you A completed education in architecture or as a technician HF, specialization in architecture. Several years of experience in execution and detailed planning, ideally with larger or more complex construction projects. Experience in project management and in the professional and organizational leadership of project teams. Sound ArchiCAD knowledge in 2D and 3D. Good knowledge of planning and construction processes, norms, standards, and construction law requirements. A structured, precise, entrepreneurial-minded, and proactive way of working with an eye for quality, deadlines, resources, and economic efficiency. The ability to recognize connections, set priorities, and consistently move topics forward. Strong communication skills, commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork and high planning quality.
