The Chupferhammer association offers living and working spaces for people with support needs in four cantons. In the sense of inclusion, we assume that all people are different and are accepted in this difference. We are committed to ensuring that the people in Chupferhammer can shape their lives as individually as possible.

For the Stofel residential group in Unterwasser SG, we are looking for a committed and versatile person as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Caregiver 60 - 100%
Six adult women and men live and work in the Stofel residential group. In everyday life, you will accompany and shape the living and working space together with them.

If you

have preferably a completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF or FH
bring experience in accompanying people with support needs
from the heart maintain a mindful and loving interaction with different people
bring flexibility, physical and psychological resilience, commitment and the ability to work independently
wish to work in accordance with the idea of normalization
are interested in a culture of development and learning
are looking for a versatile and demanding activity in a pleasant working environment in the countryside
value cooperation in a motivated team
bring talent and competence for creativity
possess a car driver's license B
can imagine working services during the day, on weekends, in the evening and on-call services at night
