What you can contribute

• process legislative files from a legal perspective at all stages of the process and answer legal questions related to digitization
• implement and transmit legal expertise in digitization
• provide advice to internal and external actors of the administration on the legal aspects of digital transformation in healthcare
• collaborate in coordination within the office and with other federal services for legal issues falling under the "Digitization and Law" competence center

What makes you unique

• university degree in law, ideally in-depth knowledge of health law
• excellent understanding of the interfaces between law and digitization; ideally, professional experience or specific qualification
• sense of service and advice, precise expression
• ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
