Our Rehaklinik Limmattal offers specialized musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, including monitoring rehabilitation as well as accident rehabilitation at a high medical level. Our interdisciplinary team ensures through targeted diagnostics and individually coordinated therapy programs that our patients are optimally cared for on their way back to more health and quality of life. Through the close cooperation with the Spital Limmattal and the direct connection to the medical emergency station, timely acute somatic treatment is also ensured in the event of emergency complications. What makes the position special • Patient-oriented care: Nursing and care of our patients in rehabilitation who require continuous and professional monitoring • Interdisciplinary cooperation: Through close cooperation with various specialist disciplines, you contribute significantly to holistic treatment and rehabilitation • Responsibility: You assume co-responsibility for the quality of care as well as the further development of processes. In doing so, together with the team, you ensure a high quality of care both on the monitoring unit and for the 12 stepdown patients. • Regular further education: We offer you regular external further education so that you can always keep your specialist knowledge up to date Your profile • Education: You have completed training as a dipl. nurse with additional training in IMC or intensive care, alternatively with an equivalent training with at least one positive SRK-PreCheck. • Experience: You already have experience on an IMC or intensive care ward in the Swiss healthcare system • Personality: You are an enthusiastic and communicative personality with a sense of humor. You convince through a high sense of responsibility, high-quality work and can set priorities effectively.
