Your tasks

• Basic and treatment care in simple customer situations in a stable environment
• Provision of needs- and situation-related nursing activities according to the care plan in all areas of activities of daily living (ADL)
• Independent and delegated activities in the field of administration
• Carrying out assignments in complex customer situations with the support of the nursing specialist
• Situation-appropriate involvement of relatives in care and support
• Data entry (customer documentation, nursing reports, performance recording)

Your additional tasks as a practical instructor

• Responsibility for the practical training and guidance of FaGe apprentices
• Reflection of learning outcomes together with the apprentices
• Design and planning of the learning guidance for apprentices in nursing and promotion of professional, social, and personal competencies
• Assessment of competency proofs and evaluation of the educational report according to the educational ordinance

Requirement profile

• a completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• professional experience in the care and support of people of all ages as well as in household management
• professional, independent way of working
• social competence, resilience
• flexibility, especially regarding working hours
• good PC skills, RAI-HC application is an advantage
• willingness for evening and weekend shifts
• driving license Kat. B

Additional requirement profile

• Federal recognized course certificate for vocational trainers or willingness to undergo further training in this regard
