Joining us means practicing a profession that has meaning, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to better nutrition. #### WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Receive, control and analyze the quality of dairy products according to current procedures * Operate production equipment (startup, adjustments, shutdown) and carry out manufacturing operations in compliance with standards * Monitor the smooth running of the production process, detect anomalies and implement the necessary corrective actions * Perform self-checks, required sampling and ensure the recording of production and traceability data * Participate in solving production problems and carry out first-level maintenance interventions according to authorizations * Report any non-conformity or malfunction and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products * Strictly respect quality, food safety, hygiene standards and safety instructions, while participating in the life and projects of the team #### WHAT YOU BRING: * CFC as a milk technologist or equivalent training in the dairy field * Proven experience in cheesemaking, dairy, or the agrifood industry.
