Design, coordinate, complete: take command of your sanitary projects!

With the integration of Zanini Baechli, Energy Management is strengthening its skills covering all technical building installations. To accompany the development of our sanitary division, we are looking for a project manager who enjoys technical challenges as much as teamwork.

From the preliminary project to commissioning, you steer your projects in their technical, financial, and organizational dimensions. You are the preferred interlocutor for clients and partners, and accompany designers in the realization of studies.

Project Manager in sanitary installations 80-100%

Your role:

• Steer sanitary installation projects through all SIA phases;
• Design and dimension installations, notably drinking water and wastewater networks;
• Coordinate studies with architects, clients, and other building specialists;
• Ensure the monitoring of budgets, deadlines, and quality;
• Supervise designers and contribute to the quality of the proposed solutions;
• Participate in site and coordination meetings until commissioning.

What you bring:

You have confirmed experience in sanitary project management in Switzerland and wish to put your know-how at the service of a team bringing together several disciplines;

• A CFC as a building technology designer, sanitary orientation, or a federal diploma;
• Knowledge of Swiss standards: SSIGE, Suissetec, SIA, etc. as well as Swiss state-of-the-art rules in the sanitary field would be an asset;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM;
• Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility;
• Clear communication and a taste for teamwork.
