For an established service provider in the field of construction management and design planning in the Zurich region, we are looking for a skilled personality as a Project/General Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for demanding construction projects from planning to realization
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
• Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants
• Development and implementation of innovative solutions in construction management

Your profile

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable training
• Several years of experience in managing construction projects
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction industry and the corresponding standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• High passion for architecture and construction projects
