• Ensuring simple, standardized advice in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and provisioning
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, particularly in contact campaigns
