Junior Project Manager Construction Execution (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the construction and real estate industry, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Junior Project Manager Construction Execution (m/f/d) starting immediately. You will receive a comprehensive insight into practical construction management and will gradually take on more responsibility. In doing so, you will accompany various new construction and renovation projects together with experienced specialists.

Tasks

• Support in the preparation and organization of structural engineering projects
• Participation in tenders, awards, as well as cost and schedule planning
• Coordination of executing companies, suppliers, and craft businesses
• Monitoring of construction progress as well as the agreed quality and safety standards
• Participation in construction meetings and close cooperation with project management and planning

Profile

• Completed training in construction, for example as Zeichner/in EFZ, Techniker/in or Bauführer/in
• Initial experience in construction management is an advantage, motivated career starters are also welcome
• Interest in construction site organization, cost control and project coordination
• Good German skills as well as driving license category B
• Confident handling of MS Office and openness to digital construction programs
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and willingness to take on responsibility
