The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hohenrain is a center of excellence for the education, promotion, and care of around 200 children and young people in the areas of cognitive development and language development in teaching, social pedagogy, and therapy from the foundation stage to the age of 18. Around 300 employees from different professions in the areas of teaching, social pedagogy, therapy, care, household management, technical service, and administration contribute to this. Your tasks • You accompany children with special needs in everyday life and support them in gradually developing their independence. • You plan varied and versatile leisure activities and benefit from our modern, well-equipped infrastructure. • In cooperation with parents and reference persons, you communicate openly, appreciatively, and trustfully. • You work closely together in the team and help each other out in an uncomplicated way to master the daily challenges together. • If necessary, you take on nursing tasks and support with household chores. Your profile • You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable recognized qualification. • With joy, commitment, and calmness, you accompany children with cognitive impairments and remain reliably by their side even in demanding situations. • You actively bring your professional competence and creative ideas into the team work. • A self-dependent, flexible, and well-organized way of working characterizes you just as much as your mental and physical resilience in everyday professional life. • You have good German language skills and secure IT user skills.
