Mandated by several home care centers in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a

Home Care Nurse M/F

• You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross * 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland * You have a vehicle - Mandatory * You have excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field * You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques. * You possess strong relational and social skills with residents * Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented
• You intervene at the patients' homes to provide personalized nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, socio-cultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment. + You ensure care that respects the autonomy and choices of the patients, within a benevolent, reassuring, and soothing framework. + You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment performed, the care provided, and the directions chosen. jpide3ca2d6jm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
