What awaits you with us

• Together with your colleagues, you bear responsibility for the coordination and preparation of the annual reports of the VZ Vorsorgestiftungen.
• You work directly with the management of the VZ Vorsorgestiftungen and the accounting team, coordinating and monitoring the various tasks and processes.
• You review the received data and information and provide recommendations for action if necessary.
• You ensure that the complete annual reports are available on time and prepare the documents for the foundation board meetings.
• You coordinate and assist in accompanying the audit of the VZ Vorsorgestiftungen and are the main contact person during this process.
• You are committed to the further development of our organization, contribute ideas, and actively help shape your working environment.

What you bring with you

• Training in finance and accounting, auditing, or a business administration degree at a (technical) college or university
• Ideally experience in the field of occupational pension schemes or in the accounting of pension funds
• Precise and conscientious way of working
• Project experience and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks and stakeholders
• Good communication, thirst for knowledge, enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders, and experience in collaborating with multiple departments
• IT affinity and proficient use of MS Excel
• Desire to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment
