As Head Asset Management Operations Services, you are responsible for the operational excellence of our operations organization. You ensure stable, efficient, and regulatorily compliant operations and effectively drive transformation and optimization initiatives. What you achieve ## • Leadership and further development of the Asset Management Operations teams • Overall responsibility for efficient, stable, and regulatorily compliant operations services • Management of KPIs, service levels, risks, and controls • Governance and management of external service providers, custodian banks, and brokers • Further development, standardization, and automation of operations processes; management of transformation and change initiatives • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as reporting to senior management What you bring ## • University degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or comparable training; additional professional qualifications are an advantage • Several years of leadership and management experience in the Asset Management Operations environment • Sound knowledge of Asset Management Operations, operational risks, controls, and regulatory requirements • Proven success in transformation, digitalization, and automation • Experience in managing external service providers and complex stakeholder structures • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills • Inspiring leadership personality with high implementation strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and change competence
