Your tasks
Supporting and further developing our customers
Installing and supporting IT solutions based on the following technologies: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) and Sophos Firewall
Carrying out maintenance
Supporting our customer teams in their daily work
3rd Level Support
Supporting employees with technical matters
What you bring with you
Several years of experience in the field of System Engineering
Analytical skills
Very good specialist knowledge in our technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
Motivation for personal and professional development
High degree of self-organization
Empathic skills and respectful interaction with your colleagues and customers
Very good German and English skills
