Quality Control Specialist (m/f/d) You want to make the quality of food visible and enjoy it when everything in the laboratory is correct - from analysis to release? In this role, you contribute directly to product safety and the enjoyment of our customers through precise laboratory tests and well-founded evaluations. And the best part: while others only talk about taste, you know exactly what is really inside. What you move You carry out physico-chemical, microbiological and sensory analyses, evaluate the results and document everything cleanly in SAP. You process quality deviations from laboratory tests, incoming goods and production and initiate appropriate measures. You are responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the testing equipment in the laboratory. You evaluate raw, semi-finished and packaging materials with regard to shelf life and possible shelf life extensions. You represent quality control in projects. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: e.g., microbiology laboratory technician, chemistry laboratory technician, food technologist), ideally with further training (e.g. Dipl. Lebensmitteltechniker/in HF, CAS, Dipl. Qualitätsmanager). Professional experience: Initial professional experience in quality assurance in the food industry. Exact, careful and reliable way of working with a high sense of responsibility. Independent, flexible and communicative personality, team player and decisive. Good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the QM module.
