• 09 July 2026 • 10 - 15% • Indefinite duration • Fribourg Vacant positions - Job offers at the University of Fribourg • Head of Practitioner Trainer Training (PraFo) 10 - 15% with FormEns Continuing Education Field of activity As a head, you play a key role in the supervision and continuous development of PraFo training. Your main tasks include: • Design and development: Develop, evolve and adapt the training device for practitioner trainers and trainers (PraFo). • Pedagogical management: Manage and evaluate the content of training units. Ensure close coordination and continuous support to the team of trainers and trainers. • Planning and organization: Plan training sessions, as well as organize and lead the key events of the course (entry and end-of-training sessions). • Monitoring and validation: Manage the training course of participants and assume final responsibility for validating PraFo training. • Coordination with the field: Ensure the link with the internship team for the organization and smooth running of field-CEDP meetings. • Administrative and financial management: Manage the budget allocated to PraFo training as well as coordinate administrative tasks with the support of the continuing education service. Requirements • Completed teaching training (teaching diploma required), supplemented by higher education (Master's or equivalent title) in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a relevant field. • Proven experience in designing and managing adult training devices, ideally in the field of practical training or supervision. • Proven skills in project management, team coordination and budget management. • Excellent communication, animation and networking skills. • Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to link academic concepts to field reality. • Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German is an asset.
