Radiology Technician Radio-Oncology St. Gallen

Radiotherapy at the highest technical level, where every treatment demands precision and empathy equally. In St. Gallen, we are looking for a Dipl. Radiologiefachfrau HF or a Dipl. Radiologiefachmann HF for radio-oncology at a workload of 80 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In a highly specialized clinic with state-of-the-art radio-oncological equipment, a stable, interdisciplinary team and a responsible area of tasks in radiotherapy treatment await you.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You professionally prepare radiotherapy treatments, plan, perform, and monitor them in collaboration with radio-oncologists and medical physicists
• You further develop existing techniques and participate in the introduction of new procedures
• You check and ensure the technical safety of the devices and perform daily quality controls
• You support and advise team members and students in all workflows
• You take on administrative tasks in the clinic routine

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Radiologiefachfrau HF or Dipl. Radiologiefachmann HF (RFP) or as Medizinisch-technische Radiologieassistentin or Medizinisch-technischer Radiologieassistent (MTRA)
• Enjoyment of a responsible and independent task
• Flexible, networked, and cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Good communication skills
