Employee Accounting Pensions, 80-100% What to expect You will be responsible for creating the provisional annual financial statements of the affiliated pension institutions and will be the main point of contact. You will support your colleagues in coordinating and creating the business reports of VZ pension funds. You will work directly with the management of VZ pension funds and the accounting team, coordinating and monitoring the various tasks and processes. You will review the received data and information and provide recommendations for action if necessary. You will support the various departments as well as the management of foundation administration with evaluations and accompany the cross-departmental processes. You will help with the implementation of regulatory or technical adjustments in our collective foundations. You will be committed to the further development of our organization, bring in ideas and actively shape your work environment. What you bring Training in finance and accounting, auditing or a business administration degree from a university of applied sciences Ideally experience in the field of occupational pension provision or in accounting for pension funds Precise and diligent work style Project experience and enjoyment of coordinating various tasks and stakeholder groups Good communication, thirst for knowledge, enjoyment of contact with different stakeholder groups and experience in collaboration with multiple areas IT affinity and proficient use of MS Excel Desire to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment What we offer you A team you can count on, varied tasks and a corporate culture that promotes initiative.
