Jurist:in 80 - 100% # The Bezirksrat is the first instance of appeal against decisions of municipal authorities and the judicial appeal instance in the field of child and adult protection. Additionally, the Bezirksrat exercises supervision over the activities of the municipalities and public-law organizations as well as homes and Spitex, examines Lex Koller applications at the first instance, and is the electoral authority for district elections. As a result of the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for a Jurist:in as of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks ### You are responsible for the preparation of draft decisions and judgments in all areas of competence of the Bezirksrat, in particular child and adult protection law, municipal law, social assistance law, school law, personnel law, and political rights. Your profile ### You have a completed legal studies (lic. iur. or MLaw) and several years of court and/or administrative experience. You possess linguistic fluency and are characterized by a quick grasp and an independent, efficient, and exact way of working.
