Application Manager (Laboratory Domain) has a growing activity and constantly evolving strategic projects; we are looking to strengthen our team dedicated to the management of medical-technical information system applications. Join us to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and accompany our development. Main Missions Within the framework of the management of the medical-technical information system of the laboratory domain, you will be responsible for: Application management and operation: * Plan, organize, and ensure the routine operation of a portfolio of applications supporting laboratory activities. * Coordinate the evolutionary maintenance of applications in collaboration with technical and functional teams. Coordination and supplier relations: * Ensure liaison between users, IT teams, and suppliers. Development and integration: * Develop interfaces and scripts to meet specific operational needs. Documentation and support: * Write, update, and manage documentation relating to software solutions, in partnership with business stakeholders. * Provide 2nd level support and serve as a relay to 3rd level support (suppliers). * Regularly participate in the information system on-call service to guarantee the availability and continuity of services. Participation in IS projects: * Actively contribute to HFR projects related to the information system, by bringing your expertise and recommendations.
