We are looking for personalities who remain calm even in challenging situations, act professionally, and possess strong communicative and de-escalating skills.

Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring safety and order in the hospital and psychiatric environment
• Prevention and de-escalation of conflict situations
• Professional handling of patients, visitors, and medical staff
• Support during security-relevant events
• Enforcement of security regulations and internal instructions

Your requirement profile:

• Minimum age 22 years
• Experience in security services
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
• Driver's license category B
• Impeccable reputation
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical and mental resilience
• Assertiveness and confident appearance
• High social competence and strong communication skills
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
