Assistant in Real Estate Management 60–80% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality who will support us in the daily management of our real estate and wants to develop further.

Your tasks

A varied everyday working life awaits you with us. You will support our real estate managers and, with increasing experience, also independently undertake various tasks:

• Support in the management of condominiums and rental properties
• Contact and correspondence with owners, tenants, craftsmen, and other contact persons
• Issuing, coordinating, and monitoring craftsman orders
• Assistance in processing and coordinating damage cases
• Preparation of condominium owner meetings
• Accompanying our real estate managers to condominium owner meetings
• Creation and compilation of meeting documents
• General administrative and organizational work
• Maintenance of master data and support in daily office operations

You are not simply working in the background, but will receive a versatile insight into real estate management and will regularly have direct contact with our customers.

What you bring with you

• Commercial training
• Interest in real estate and pleasure in learning new things
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of common Office applications
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Organizational talent and pleasure in contact with people
• An open, uncomplicated, and team-oriented manner
