To support the management of Sponsoring / Fundraising in the acquisition and processing of donations and in the maintenance of relationships with foundations, donors, and sponsors, we are looking for an Employee: Fundraising 80% from 1. October 2026 to 31. May 2027 Employee: Fundraising 80% Your tasks You conduct research on potential donors, foundations, and sponsors to support the museum and the projects of the Fondation Beyeler. You independently conduct preliminary inquiries with foundations and potential donors. You create applications and final reports in cooperation with curators and project managers. You write correspondence for the management and team management. You take care of the processing of written inquiries, donations, acknowledgments, and confirmations. You support the management of Sponsoring / Fundraising in maintaining relationships with foundations, donors, and sponsors. You work on the conception and implementation of communication measures for donors and on member administration. Your profile You have a completed degree (MA) in the humanities or have a higher education in marketing and/or fundraising. Writing and composing texts and extensive applications comes easily to you and gives you great pleasure. Your written expression in German is excellent, stylistically secure, and error-free. Knowledge of English and Swiss German is an advantage. You ideally have initial experience in major donor or foundation fundraising. You work gladly independently, accurately, and structured, are resilient even under time pressure, and have a high quality standard. You are a customer-oriented, communicative person who is interested in today's art and cultural events and is gladly informed.
