Missions
Ensure the placement of supplier orders
Follow up on order confirmations, deadlines and deliveries
Manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging
Participate in price negotiations with existing suppliers
Ensure the administrative and documentary follow-up of purchases
Update and maintain data in SAP
Coordinate exchanges with international suppliers
Manage any delivery discrepancies and supplier claims
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee product availability
Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing and procurement processes
Candidate Profile
First experience or proven experience in procurement
English level B2 (mainly written)
Experience with an ERP, SAP Business One being a real asset
Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented personality
Fast learning ability and strong adaptability
Methodical, organized and process-oriented
Ease in an international environment
Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
