Tasks ##

Independent handling of projects in steel, metal, and facade construction

Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, and constructive implementation

Coordination and alignment with planning, production, assembly, suppliers, and customers

Identification of optimization and cost-saving potential within projects

Development of pragmatic and economical solution approaches

Ensuring efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented project execution

Active participation in the further development of internal workflows and project processes

Qualification ##

Completed training in construction, ideally in metal construction

Experience in project management is an advantage; even career starters with development potential are welcome

Technical understanding and enjoyment of sophisticated constructions

Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong organizational talent

Structured, precise, and reliable way of working

High level of personal responsibility and willingness to grow with the tasks

Team-oriented personality with clear communication and enjoyment of collaboration
