La Fondation Saphir, multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics Socio-educational assistant (F/M/D) - CDI - 80% - CAT Les Sources La Fondation Saphir, multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. The Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Les Sources in Yverdon-les-Bains has 21 places for reception in geriatrics; this reception venue is open from Monday to Friday. In this context, we are looking for a: Socio-educational assistant (F/M/D) - CDI - 80% - CAT Les Sources Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to support Persons on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to enable the well-being and happiness of the Persons. In collaboration with the team or autonomously, you are responsible for preparing and organizing daily socio-cultural activities for the Persons and, of course, accompanying them in their realization. You are an imaginative person who enjoys proposing new ideas and establishing contacts throughout the day. You know that organization and rigor in the transmission of information are indispensable to guarantee the proper functioning of a structure. Finally and above all, the well-being of the Persons is close to your heart and you put creativity into your interventions. YOUR PATHWAY - YOUR QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES CFC as Socio-educational assistant 5 years of recognized experience in the field of geriatrics Driving license B and ability to drive a minibus Mastery of oral and written French as well as mastery of IT tools Dynamic, listening, flexible and organized personality Ease of communication and collaboration Creative spirit, autonomy and sense of initiative to develop stimulating and diversified activities.
