For a long-standing customer from Basel, we are looking for *Employee in Customer Service* Tasks: • Consulting customers on repair, bodywork and painting work • Receiving and processing customer orders • Creating cost estimates • Processing damage cases and correspondence with insurance companies • Coordinating repair orders with the workshop • Quality control and vehicle handover • Telephone and written correspondence as well as general administrative tasks *Requirements:* • Completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry or in the *commercial area • Experience in customer service • Basic technical understanding in the vehicle sector • Customer and service orientation • Organizational skills as well as independent and reliable working methods • Teamwork and stress tolerance • Ideally, knowledge of Audatex, EC2 and the processes in the bodywork and painting area If you are interested, you can contact me
