Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your daily concerns. You identify the needs of prospects and customers, advise them and ensure the sale of new vehicles. You are also responsible for proposing and promoting different additional services such as financing offers, insurance, accessories and the takeover of the current vehicle. YOUR MISSION Welcome prospects and customers, analyze their needs, advise them, introduce them to and test our vehicles, help them identify the vehicle that meets their expectations, finalize the sale by offering them a rich and personalized experience within the concession Prospecting and portfolio follow-up Elaboration of sales offers and contracts Become the preferred advisor for your customers and make them want to come back! YOUR PROFILE Several years of experience in the sale of utility vehicles CFC of a profession related to the automobile or in the commercial field Endowed with a keen commercial sense and at ease in prospecting Relational ease, excellent communicator with a positive attitude Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric and resident in the Lausanne region Native French language with excellent knowledge of English or German Mastery of Microsoft Office computer tools and new technologies Appreciate team work, while knowing how to be autonomous.
