For our branch in Küsnacht ZH, we are looking for a*n Retail Specialist EFZ Stationery 100% (a) as of 1 October 2026

Your main tasks:

• Friendly, competent and needs-oriented advice for our customers
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Inventory management and ordering
• Active market and trend observation
• Co-designing and optimizing our assortment
• Collaboration in the collection area as well as at the cash desk

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Retail Specialist specializing in stationery
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in retail
• Sales and customer-oriented personality with a positive aura
• Resilient and calm - even in lively moments
• Interest in current events and trends
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
