Your main activities include: Legal advice to companies and public institutions in the areas of: \- Environmental law (contaminated sites, waste, water protection, immission control law) \- Climate protection law Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects with specialists from engineering, natural sciences and economics Preparation of expert reports, statements, contracts as well as legal risk analyses (e.g. due diligence, compliance checks) Accompanying public law procedures and negotiations with authorities Conducting training and sensitization regarding regulatory requirements Active participation in the further development of the Environmental and Climate Law department You possess: Completed legal studies (MLaw or equivalent) Initial professional experience in environmental, planning or public law and/or bar admission is an advantage Interest in technical and scientific issues Independent, structured and practice-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Very good German skills; English and French good We offer you: An interesting and versatile activity at the interface of law and environment with high personal responsibility.
