Your mission: Within the Information Systems Department, you are in charge of: - Participating in projects in the role of Business Analyst - Collecting and synthesizing needs from departments and business referents - Modeling processes and participating in project scoping - Writing specifications and tender documents - Formalizing and monitoring requirements throughout the project - Understanding technical challenges to translate them to departments and business referents - Defining acceptance criteria and the testing strategy - Testing, monitoring compliance and the quality of deliverables - Training users and organizing change management actions - Organizing the transition and the implementation of solutions - Management of the product and application life cycle - Managing application maintenance (corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary) - Formalizing and monitoring incidents, problems, or change requests (product backlog) - Coordinating maintenance with users and suppliers BUSINESS ANALYST 80-100% - Genève Your profile: Holding a higher education degree (Master's, HES, EPF) in the field of IT, you have more than 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. You can furthermore demonstrate: - training and/or experience in the analysis and formalization of IT needs - knowledge of analysis and modeling tools (BPMN, UML) - a good understanding of IT professions (development and deployment principles, databases, testing, maintenance, etc.), experience in IT development is a plus - excellent communication, listening, synthesis, and writing skills in French - a proven sense of organization and priorities - knowledge of the major principles of project management (Hermès or Scrum) The following constitute a plus for your application: - experience in custom application development, product owner role and prioritization of needs - experience in quality assurance, implementation of test campaigns, writing automated tests - experience in IT product management as an application manager, knowledge of IT support and maintenance principles (ITIL best practices, for example) We offer: a pleasant work framework and environment, varied activities rich in human contact within a motivated and dynamic team.
