We are looking for a motivated HR specialist who will lead the HR department including payroll. Nahrin AG employs around 280 employees in a wide variety of occupations. Your tasks * Leading the HR department including payroll * Responsible for payroll administration * Conducting the recruitment process up to onboarding * Managing contract management (3 languages) * Responsible for legal issues in the personnel area * Personnel development * Responsible for the implementation of HR applications in IT systems * Organization of staff events * Fleet management company vehicles * Creating reporting for management / sales management Your profile * HR and/or business administration training with experience in a comparable function * Sound knowledge of payroll, the Swiss social insurance system and Swiss labor law * Excellent German skills, enjoyment of foreign languages (French and Italian) * Proficient use of MS Office and HR systems (BC SwissSalary, Refline) * Service-oriented and communicative leadership personality * Independent and responsible person Your perspectives An extremely varied field of activity awaits you in an exciting environment in the food industry.
