Head of Sales

The FF Frischfleisch AG as a group of companies, with headquarters in Sursee, a plant in Deisswil b. Münchenbuchsee and several smaller companies in the meat industry, is one of the most flexible and high-performing meat production companies in Switzerland. For over 60 years, we have been committed to quality, freshness and reliability. The over 470 employees work under very high hygienic conditions and process fresh, high-quality meat daily. Our sales team at the headquarters in Sursee needs a strong leader as Head of Sales immediately or by arrangement. Actively shape: * Assumption of the business and personnel responsibility for the sales area * Leadership, development and motivation of the sales team * Performance of the representation function as Key Account Manager, including acquisition of new customers as well as independent conduct of important sales and contract negotiations * Personal support of the existing customer base as well as expansion of sustainable customer relationships * Planning and implementation of strategic sales activities in close cooperation with the Managing Director * Analysis of market and customer potentials as well as identification of new business opportunities. You bring these skills: * Completed training as a butcher or commercial training with experience in the meat sector * Several years of sales experience, ideally in the fresh food or food industry * Existing network in the industry is an advantage * Several years of leadership experience with comprehensive business responsibility (P&L) * Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong negotiation and closing skills * Very good IT user knowledge * Very good German skills in spoken and written language; Italian and/or French are an advantage. You are a very independent, proactive personality with a great passion for sales. With your open, uncomplicated manner, you easily succeed in building relationships and inspiring customers in the long term. You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner and know how to motivate your team and be successful together.
