Search for several Polisher Search for several Polishers / Finishing Operators (M/F) – Genève As part of the support for several watch manufactures based in Genève, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing operators to strengthen the production teams. Polisher Tasks: Perform manual finishing operations on bracelet components and precious metal watchmaking parts Carry out polishing, lapidary, satin finishing, and beveling work according to the required quality standards Ensure production monitoring and respect manufacturing cadences Control the dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts Rigorously apply manufacturing instructions and procedures Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality and productivity Profile: Training in polishing, manual finishing or equivalent AFP Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry Good mastery of production tools and basic IT skills 2x8 and 3x8 jpidabdd38ajm jpit0832jm jpiy26jm
