In the employment program Cleaning & Facility Management, we enable unemployed people to have low-threshold entries into everyday work life. In a solution-oriented and appreciative working environment, we look after a historical company site in the center of the city of Winterthur and the future headquarters of Läbesruum. Your tasks:

• Leadership and organization of the employment group Cleaning & Facility Management in a co-leadership
• Goal- and resource-oriented support of the participants
• Instruction and cooperation in diverse cleaning and facility management tasks
• Internal cleaning training for employees
• Administrative work and conducting goal-oriented support meetings
• Joint further development of our employment group

You bring with you:

• Degree in work agogics
• Professional experience or good knowledge in the field of building cleaning and facility management
• Good written expression and knowledge in the use of MS Office
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good communication skills, high social competence, flexibility and resilience
• Interest and enthusiasm for our values and vision
