To successfully carry out our tasks in our sporty and performance-oriented environment, we need a convincing team.

As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated Finance Specialist.

Do you want more than just booking and closing? With us, you will actively help shape financial planning, budgeting, closing processes and the further development of the internal control system. At the same time, you will make an important contribution to the further development of the largest multi-sport sports association in Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• Proper and timely management of the accounts receivable/accounts payable/finance and asset accounting of the STV Zentralkasse and VAT settlement
• Planning, preparation and implementation of the financial planning, budget and closing processes
• Sparring partner of the department heads on budget issues and financial evaluations
• Further development and supervision of the internal control system
• Support and relief of the Head of Finance & Services in daily business
• Participation in projects, especially in the digitalization of processes

Your profile

• Education - Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., accounting clerk, specialist in finance and accounting or comparable)
• Professional experience - Financial accounting including annual financial statements
• IT skills - Good IT user skills (Office products) as well as knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central finance solution is an advantage
• Language talent - Confident German, good written and spoken French skills are an advantage
• Flexible & independent way of working – committed, resilient and customer-oriented acting
• Sport in your heart – membership of an STV club is an advantage, but not a must
