For one of our customers in the region, we are looking for an engaged and technically savvy personality as: Craftsman in switch production (m/f/d) 100 %, day operation in Hägendorf NADDJP00003933 Your tasks: Job description - Manufacture of railway technology components according to technical work specifications and drawings • Ensuring the required quantity and quality standards Concrete activities - Reading and understanding switch, track panel, as well as laying and type plans • Working according to assembly instructions for railway switch drives • Positioning and distributing sleepers using the crane according to the laying plan • Marking the rail division according to the drawing • Distributing and bolting fastening material while complying with the specified torques • Drilling holes and mounting grounding cables according to the grounding plan • Assisting in the installation and alignment of tongue devices (ZV) including associated material • General manual tasks with confident handling of tools and technical understanding Your profile: • Manual vocational training or several years of practical experience in the technical or mechanical field • Good technical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings • Confident handling of hand tools and machines • Teamwork skills, reliability and physical resilience • Very good German skills (at least level B2) • Flawless criminal record extract and current debt enforcement extract (to be requested upon starting the position) • Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working • Willingness to work according to technical specifications and instructions We offer • Demanding and varied activity in the field of mechanics • Regular working hours in day operation • Collegial and supportive working environment • Modern work equipment and practice-oriented induction Job details: • Type of employment: Temporary employment • Start date: As soon as possible • Workload: Full-time Interest piqued?
