Job Description ##

• Property maintenance (residential and commercial buildings)
• Cleaning of stairwells
• Cleaning and care of the surroundings
• Mowing lawns, removing weeds, caring for flower beds, trimming hedges and edges
• Monitoring the building technology
• General tasks that arise, such as changing lamps etc.

We expect ##

• Apprenticeship as a specialist in facility management, manual training or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
• German in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
• A clean/neat appearance is essential with customers
• Good manners with customers and employees
• Enthusiastic and dynamic personality
