For an established and modern institution in the health and social services sector with several hundred employees, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as Head of Human Resources (70-100%).

In this responsible key position, you will take over the leadership of a competent HR team and actively participate in the strategic and operational further development of the personnel area.

Tasks

Leadership, promotion, and further development of a well-coordinated HR team

Advising and supporting the executive management as well as the managers in all personnel-related issues

Co-designing the personnel strategy, personnel planning, and employer positioning

Responsibility for recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee retention

Ensuring and optimizing efficient HR processes, systems, and structures

Evaluation of relevant HR key figures to support sound decisions

Collaboration and leadership of cross-departmental projects

Further development of modern, appreciative, and future-oriented personnel work

Profile

Higher education or further training in the field of Human Resources (e.g., federal diploma HR, HFP HR, HF/FH, CAS/MAS, or comparable qualification)

Several years of professional experience in Human Resources Management as well as proven leadership experience

Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law

Experience in both the operational and strategic HR environment

Empathic, convincing, and strong-communicating personality

Ability to quickly grasp complex connections and develop pragmatic solutions

Decisiveness, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility

Strong understanding of HR as a strategic partner of the company
